Opvarm ovnen til 250 grader. Sæt brødet i ovnen og sænk temperaturen til 225 grader. Bag brødet i ca 25 minutter .... til det er gyldent og lyder hult, når du banker let under bunden på brødet.... <br />

Brødet får et lidt hvidt udseende, man kan pensle med kaffe/olie/vand og den får en mere gylden overflade. Brødet er super godt og sprødt, når det er nybagt, og smager dejligt. Men er ikke god at gemme, heller ikke det bedste brød til fryseren ..... men nybagt uhmmmm - Velbekom!<br />

<strong><em>I følge de nuværende regler i EU kan fødevarer der indeholder under 20 ppm gluten betegnes "glutenfri". Dette benytter flere store producenter af såkaldte "glutenfri" varer sig af, for eksempel finax og semper da disse anvender renset hvedestivelse. Disse laver også mel blandinger som bagerier laver brød af de så må kalde glutenfri. Problemet opstår fordi mange af de med cøliaki stadig bliver dårlig ved indtag af disse produkter, hvilket jo ikke er underlig da der jo stadig er gluten i dem. Disse produkter burde ikke være mærket glutenfri, men "glutenreduceret".</em></strong><br />
<br />
<strong><em>Et andet problem er div sukre så som maltodextrin, glukosesirup, druesukker osv. som findes i alt fra slik, pålæg og syltetøj. Producenten er ikke pålagt at mærke oprindelsen af disse da de indeholder under 20 ppm gluten. Det betyder at de gerne må kalde produktet glutenfrit, hvilket jo ikke passer. Det indeholder "bare" inder 20 ppm gluten. Derfor forslår vi at oprindelsen til disse sukre skal opgives i parentes, hvilket nogen producenter allerede gør.</em></strong><br />
<br />
<strong><em>Disse små og enkle tiltag vil lette tilværelsen for flere 1000 med cøliaki, ikke bare i Danmark men i hele EU. Desuden mindsker det forvirringen blandt ny-diasnostigerede.</em></strong><br />

Varm mælken sammen med den tømte vaniljestang. Bland de øvrige ingredienser i en skål og rør godt. Når mælken er varm (husk at fjerne vaniljestangen), hældes det over i skålen, og det hele røres sammen, hældes tilbage i gryden, og det hele varmes op under omrøring. Bland mandler, sukker, kakao og kanel. Varm blandingen op ved høj varme, til sukkeret smelter. Skru ned for varmen, og lad blandingen småsimre under omrøring i 10 minutter. Tilsæt smørret, og lad det simre i yderligere et par minutter.<br />
